Our cosy camp is located in a scenic area, and there are many opportunities to give your soul a boost of well-being with beautiful walks where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. But beautiful nature is not the only thing that gives you a great stay at the camp. All facilities at Camp Femern Belt are designed to provide a lovely setting for those staying away from home for a longer period of time.

Here at the camp you will find well decorated single rooms, where you can retreat to and enjoy an evening of peace and quiet. There is free WI-FI so that you can use your laptop at all of Camp Femern Belt, and in the common room with the TV, you have access to a selection of channels. So spend a much needed evening in front of the TV or use the free WI-FI. It is alsovalways possible to make tea and coffee.

You are building the world’s longest immersed tunnel. That is a huge job. Thousands of people are dedicated to creating a faster connection between Denmark and Germany. Businesses from all over Denmark are contributing to the project which will make the trip from A to the rest of the world much shorter. It really is a joint effort, and you are building bridges – literally and figuratively – as you are establishing a closer connection between Denmark and the rest of Europe.

It is our wish to contribute as much as we can to build the necessary bridges. So while you take care of the connection between countries, our speciality is the connection between people. We offer real relaxation for hard-working employees

Good employees are rested employees – physically and mentally. That is why it is important to ensure good accommodation for everyone working on the Femern Project who do not live close by.

Our skilled staff is standing by to make sure that the accommodation is as it should be. There is also transportation by bus directly from camp to work, and there are a lot of possibilities to enjoy your leisure time, so that everything does not have to be about work.

When you are away from home, it is important to stay somewhere that feels like home, where colleagues can socialise with each other. That is why we have done our best to ensure that your home away from home is a lovely and social sanctuary.

If you are one of the many employees on the project who do not live nearby, you will need accommodation close to Rødby. But accommodation can be a lot of things. In theory, a bed is enough. We also know that it is the CRS values of the Femern Project that prescribe that all employees must have good conditions during their stay. Camp Femern Belt is owned by the company DKK-Invest Group DK. We are a company based in Aarhus, Denmark and we have more than 20 years of experience in total in construction and renovation of buildings. We founded this company in 2014 with the sole purpose of renting property to others in Denmark.

We founded Camp Femern Belt to give the executing contractor of the Femern tunnel a better accommodation to stay in. Our buildings on Lolland, which we rent out in connection to the construction of the tunnel between Denmark and Germany, are completely renovated for that purpose, so they fulfil every requirement there is for worker-accommodations.
